All the while a deep, almost dub-level bassline bubbles and bobs over the concrete kicks. “Denial,” done in tandem with PILO, is a sludgier, loopy beast that struts with a bi-polar moodiness. Both reflective and growling the fine balance is kept in check between the purring metallic SFX and human vocal touches. “Instincts” closes the show with bleepy gusto.
