Rennie then turns Paul Mac’s vocal driven DJ cut “Raw Basics 3” into a relentless, jackin’ house track. Nagano City’s local techno crew, Human Race Nation, track “Haze” also provides the basic ingredients for Rennie’s mass expanded rework, adding elements of Japanese sounds and rolling, tribal percussion. Released just last year on Vancouver label, Subspec,, “Unleash The Kraken” is a highly playable, techno monster, with Rennie’s signature production and arrangement.
