Holland’s fearless Tape series returns with a hefty dose of electroid groove science from some of its most talented members. As per usual, the beats are murky and the melodies swamped, ingeniously blending shards of techno together with bursts of electro. The killers have to be Mark Du Mosch’s “Soulsearch”, a blistering clusterbomb of a track reminiscent of Gesloten Cirkel at his finest, and “1999” by Interstellar Funk.
