The Cocodrills bring some hip-hop to the table with the Wu-Tang Clan’s one and only Ghostface Killah, and as expected, the affair is full of MCing and diva vocals. The grinding rhythm section and optimistic bassline go hand-in-hand with the overall vibe of the affair and drive it home effortlessly. Carlo Lio goes for a more stomping approach with busy edits and tasty vocal mangling. The legendary Anthony Acid closes the package with his rendition and employs a sticky bass while relying heavily on the original’s vocals as he rolls out a masterful, syncopated groove.
