Releasing sporadically and putting out some of the most abrasive electronic music on offer, it’s inevitably become one our personal favourites. Norway’s number one badboy, DJ Sotofett, has been ever more prominent on the label throughout the last few years, having put out some of his very best work for the label outside of then now-legendary Sex Tags Mania and Wania imprints. The A Side features an archival cut from F.R.U.I.T.S, the Moscow-based duo whose work has been a prominent feature of Laton’s output and “Dat22” is a fine addition to the label’s canon; a bass-heavy, electro-fuelled burner which is likely to blow any speakers out. Seriously though, this is one for the system! Sotofett appears on the flip with a sprawling two part remix of “Tuesday Night” by Laton curios PTU which is really not done justice by the clips! One for the freaks!
