Anthony Parasole’s label The Corner continues to show other techno outlets the way to do it, with their second release of 2014 possibly the most high profile yet! Sonic Groove boss and NYC techno royalty Adam X uses this 12″ to ask where were you in 92? Because Adam X was very much in the thick of establishing the New York techno scene, and this newly adopted X Crashed project is named in honour of the X Crash material he released in the early ’90s alongside Jimmy Crash. Both the title track and “Pre-Gentrified” are prime slabs of Adam X goodness; acidic, metallic, raw and driving Techno for the true heads.
