Rosedale Records 004 brings the debut release of Dutch producer Bart van Rijn. Bart discovered his passion for electronic dance music with buying and playing records. Influenced by artist like Laurent Garnier, Nick Warren, Underworld, Richie Hawtin & John Digweed Bart created his style of house & techno. Under some guidance of label boss Estroe’s advice (www.estroe-advice.com) he’s now ready to present his tracks to the world: The opening track Ylpha contains a long stretched bass line (in which you can clearly hear the Laurent Garnier influence)and starts off in an intriguing way. It slowly builds up to a climax and leaves you with the feeling you just finished a long wave. Deta has a bit of a groovy feeling and constantly keeps the pressure & excitement. The South Italian producer Ivo Toscano transformed Ylpha into a retro funky house track, translating the original track into the sounds of today. Canadian producer Beat Syndrome takes the deepness back into Deta. Subtlety is the key of his remix but don’t let that fool you, it subconsciously grabs you by the balls and it’s a perfect deep and elegant finishing track of this EP.
