The Duss boys make their phobiq debut with “Splitted” and the title track stomps through the door with distorted effects, metallic chords, and a chrome-plated attitude. “Mistral” follows with its snappy groove and cavernous vibe -without being chaotic-, while an apocalyptic breakdown acts as a welcomed breather. Closing up, the “Duss On Acid” mix does just that, introducing warped synth action, squelches and a grinding rhythm section.
