Our Yellowhead leaders return to base once more, having created another ferocious beast, which in turn gets manipulated by villains Duspeeka and Mark Reeves! ‘Creature’ sets a hypnotic mood with cyclic synths and clanging mettalic riffs, next to neatly placed effects that provide enough momentum for the solid drums to keep everything firmly in place, while otherwordly passes seep in and out of the cracks! Mark Reeves’ rendition is a more straight ahead gritty and jacking techno workout, featuring persistant stabs and a steady sub bass that provide the juicy low-end, in his warped version of the original, Dubspeeka takes a more cavernous approach, adding a bouncier rhythm section, while focusing on pulsating sonar bleeps, followed by a heavy drop!
