Stars darted past them illuminating the vast expanse of space. The earth seemed so small now; a mere speck. They’d been travelling for a long time but their destination was very close now. As they touched down on the rocky expanse of the moon, they felt a mixture of emotions. Was this the right thing to do? They had wanted to escape and nobody would find them here, that was for sure.
