For her Power Plant imprint’s first release in the past 17 months, Swedish DJ-producer La Fleur starts off 2019 with her outstanding ‘Aphelion’ EP – a two-track release filled with conviction and spirit.
Ahead of its release, La Fleur has handed the EP’s title-track over to Mixmag for a premiere. Explaining the thought process behind her latest creation, she tells us: “Aphelion is the point in the orbit when the planet is the farthest from the sun, so I wanted to give this an otherworldly vibe with the chords and the melody loop.”
Aphelion EP drops on March 15 via Power Plant.
