Midas 104 delivers a brace of brilliant new tracks for Get Physical.
Midas 104 is Willi Schumacher, a German producer and live act from Berlin who explores refined melodies, drums and bass from his studio which is full of vintage synths and analogue gear. With an ability to transport you on his harmonies and move you with his melancholy he often makes music that opens up the heart.

He starts this latest fantastic EP with ‘Simplicity’, a spritely cut that is defined by lithe synths which dart about the mix and exude real colour. It is a symphony of lush sound with supple beats making you move.

On the flip, ‘Ego’ is another shapeshifter, with slippery synth lines and
arpeggiated chords layered up into nimble rhythms that keep you on your toes. It’s colourful and uplifting music that is expertly produced and really shows off Midas 104’s excellent studio skills.

These are two more standout melodic club cuts.
