Skatman is Aziz Haddad, a Tunisian DJ and producer currently based in Germany who founded SCATCITY Records in 2017 and launched Cognitive Prophecy in 2022. His melodic house and techno productions span from indie dance to Afro house across labels including Innervisions, Systematic Recordings, and Running Back.
