Belgian techno DJ and producer Tom Hades (Wim Vanoeveren) hails from Tienen and co-founded Rhythm Convert while running Rhythm Converted and co-owning Fundaments with Marco Bailey. His productions span peak time techno and tech house across 82 releases between 2009 and 2014.
