About Rene Wise & Rødhåd – LOSSLESS Electronic Music Artists
Rene Wise is Andrew Shobeiri, a DJ and producer born in Brighton who now operates from Lisbon. His output spans raw and hypnotic techno through to peak-time driving cuts, with releases on Mote Evolver, Knowledge Imprint, and Moving Pressure since 2016.
Berlin-based producer Mike Bierbach operates under the Rødhåd moniker, crafting raw and hypnotic techno since 2014. His driving peak-time productions appear on respected imprints including Dystopian, WSNWG, Token, and fabric Records.
For the most recent collaborative release curated by WSNWG, label head Rdhad invited young, Brighton-based breakthrough producer and DJ Rene Wise to his studio for a week-long jam session in 2019. The end result is four driving, hypnotic Techno tracks with a swinging groove and 90s-inspired percussion. Made for the club, they build up tension and captivate listeners with rolling baselines, funky rhythms and mystical melodies.//
