Victor Parris Mitchell is a Chicago house producer and DJ who released numerous recordings on Dance Mania and performs under aliases including Victor Romeo and Rhythm II Rhythm. His recent output spans house and tech house across labels including Snatch! Records and Glasgow Underground.
