Samuel L Session is Swedish producer Samuel Larsson from Gothenburg, who co-founded Solid Beat Records in 1996 and runs labels SLS and Klap Klap. His tribal techno productions span peak time driving techno to raw hypnotic styles, with releases on Affin, Dolma Records, and Sounds R Us Recordings since 2010.
Samuel L Session combines driving percussion, dense atmosphere and warm funkiness like no other. Milligramme feels blessed, releasing four tracks, which have a discreet dub touch as well. Samuel remains true to himself, of course, but this unique sub tone of Scanners EP is indeed a little revolution. The tracks range from elegant soundscapes to driving floor fillers.
