Deadbeat is Scott Monteith, a Canadian electronic musician based in Montreal who has been releasing dub-laden minimal electronics since 1998. His sound spans dub techno and raw hypnotic techno, with releases on labels including BLKRTZ, Visionquest, and Souvenir Music.
British producer Jim Coles operates as Om Unit from Bristol, founding the Cosmic Bridge label while exploring styles from downtempo to jungle and footwork. His releases span bass-heavy club music to organic house across labels including Idle Hands, Apollo, and Midnight Shift.
