Inspired by Berlinesque sweaty basements, Magnetic Beast brings together Elektro beats, Amen snares, and floor-shaking Reese basslines.
Born in Berlin during during the 2021 lockdown, Magnetic Beast was the organic birth-child of Rise 1969’s AFAC artist residency and Tim Sean-Lee’s Systematic Seduction EP recording, which both happened to coincide under Blackhead Studio mentorship. Instant chemistry was born. Impressed by William’s dark and edgy sound design, Tim Sean-Lee equally impressed Rise 1969 with his infectious grooves.
