Tobias Hagelstein, known as Ruede Hagelstein, is a German DJ and producer from Rüdersdorf who has released on Electrobuzz since 2011. His tech house and melodic house productions appear on Upon.You Records, Watergate Records, and Do Not Sit On The Furniture Recordings.
Berlin’s Ruede Hagelstein is a long-time fixture of the Berlin music scene, with releases on some of the city’s premiere labels, including Watergate, Souvenir and Upon You. He’s been a longtime friend of Do Not Sit as well, including his Naive Kunst EP in 2019.
He returns to the label with production partner, Justin Evans for his Scirocco EP. Featuring two complimentary tracks – the heavier, arpeggiated sound of the title track, combined with the slow burn of ‘Chamsin’.//
