For over 15 years now, Glenn and Paul have been writing and composing emotional electronic records. Forming an early sound with atmospheric soundscapes and dreamy floating synths, their musicianship has over the years helped contribute to the global progressive house and trance movement with classic hits such as Paul’s ‘A Sort Of Homecoming’ and Glenn’s ‘No Sudden Moves’ to the more iconic of Glenn’s ‘Contact’ and Paul’s ‘Cloud 9’ – this pulsating melodic house music sound has been a staple for both of them over all of these years.

‘For Your Consideration’ is a snapshot window into their past year of composing together. Uplifting, positive overtones carry the album as a whole, which was a conscious effort on their part. ‘With the state of the world in the past years, the last thing we wanted to write was dark heavy records’ says Glenn. There are certain pieces in the album like ‘Burnt Circuits’ which have a cinematic influence to them, and there are brash 80’s synths that float in this Eventide drenched reverb space.

‘Many of the songs on this album were borne from our live modular jam sessions, where everything is outside of the computer, electronic music being made live on the fly, warts and all, to which we then later edit and clean up in post to make a somewhat cohesive arrangement’ says Glenn. This album is an incredible journey, with downtempo, broken beat IDM and their classic melodic emotional house sound, all wrapped up in over 1 hour of music.
