After a long break, Tympanum Records is back with a remix pack for the seminal collaborative EP between EAS and Garrett Hunter, “Bored Machine”. With a wide array of stylizations being depicted, and with a bevy of remarkable talent, this compilation is not one to miss for any Techno enthusiast. We start with Ascetic Limited boss and dear friend of Tympanum Records, Secus. This rendition of ‘A Trial’ features dark grooves, foreboding soundscapes, and a hypnotic energy. A wonderfully atmospheric remix, an interesting juxtaposition to the original’s slamming, distorted, synthesized Berliner ideals. Next up is a slamming rearrangement of ‘A Trial’ from the UK living legend himself, Perc. This remix from the Perctrax bossman contains saturated madness, piercing snares, blistering highs, cathartic groove building, and an unrelenting energy sure to destroy dancefloors.
