Inner City is a Detroit techno and house group formed in 1988, originally composed of producer Kevin Saunderson and vocalist Paris Grey. The group releases driving techno, tech house, and Afro house across labels including KMS Records, Defected, and Armada Music.
Kevin Maurice Saunderson is a Detroit techno producer from Brooklyn, New York, born in 1964, who runs KMS Records. His sound spans tech house, deep house, and peak time techno across releases on KMS Records, Armada Music, and Black Book Records.
Steffanie Christi'an is a Detroit-born singer, songwriter and composer who serves as guest vocalist with Inner City. Her releases span techno, house and Afro house across labels including Armada Music, KMS Records and Defected since 2019.
