The Seaflower Biosphere Reserve is one of the most biodiverse marine areas in the Caribbean, covering over 180,000 km² of ocean and home to vibrant coral reefs, seagrass beds, and countless marine species. Fundación Seaflower (@seaflowerorg) plays a crucial role in protecting this unique ecosystem through research, conservation, and community-driven initiatives. The Delusional artwork is an aerial photograph of the Seaflower Biosphere Reserve. Taken by Juan Mora, it shows the textures and colours of the sea in San Andrés, Colombia. A Colombian biologist, UW photographer, and expedition leader, Juan has dedicated his life and work to ocean advocacy.
