Belfasts Calum Connell makes his return to Kneaded Pains with the Blind Temptations EP; a fierce three-tracker that captures the raw spirit of rave culture. Opener Blind Temptation showcases a fusion of influences, with thunderous techno energy, and sharp, speed garage-esque drum flair, with a growling bassline locking in under eerie synth chimes. Lost Artifact weaves skittering 2-step rhythms with stuttering vocal textures and glowing, euphoric synth work, while Artus rounds things off with a relentless 4×4 stomp, bubbling with warped FX and a heavy, acidic bassline groove to close things out on a dancefloor damager.
