Behind the House : Release Notes
Eternal Life EP is a double A-side release featuring two mixes of the title track by father-daughter duo, Floorplan alongside two new solo tracks by Robert Hood. The glorious Eternal Life is an infectious track to raise the roof as only Floorplan can, whether its Lyric and Roberts tough House A1 version or the more stripped back Mix 2. Flipping to the AA-side Robert delivers his signature real minimal Techno sound on the shimmering God Flow before closing out with the darker tones of The Throne. Its an essential release that can take you all the way from daytime festival fields through to late night warehouse dance floors on one EP. Mastered by Thomas Heckman Vinyl released: 12 Sept 2025

About Floorplan & Robert Hood
Floorplan is a Detroit father-daughter duo consisting of techno pioneer Robert Hood and vocalist Lyric Hood, who joined the project in 2016. The group produces driving house and techno across labels including M-Plant, Classic Music Company, and fabric Records, blending Robert's minimal techno foundation with Lyric's vocal contributions.
Detroit producer Robert Artis Hood makes minimal techno with an emphasis on soul and experimentation, having recorded for Metroplex, Axis, and Tresor Records since the early 1990s. His driving, hypnotic productions appear on his own M-Plant imprint alongside releases on Dekmantel and Rekids.
