Hailing from Lima, Peru, rising talent JB Martinz makes his powerful debut on Transmit Recordings with the El Perdido EP, a three-track journey into deep, groove-laden Tech House. Born in August 2000, JB Martinz began crafting his sound at age 20 through self-taught music production, driven by a passion for rhythm and club culture. The EP opens with El Perdido, a hypnotic roller anchored by chunky basslines and textured percussion-an ideal peak-time tool with a subtly dark undertone. Next up, Acid Loco lives up to its name, fusing quirky acid stabs with relentless low-end grooves, delivering a playful yet driving Tech House cut. Closing the package is Historia Del 70, a track that channels vintage inspiration with modern club sensibility, pairing rolling drums with catchy Latin-infused elements.
