Analytical Convenience presents M3STR – Magnetic Rose EP. Were back with an in-house EP from M3STR, bringing us a sonic tale of mystery and eeriness. Inspired by the Magnetic Rose short story from Memories (1995) by Katsuhiro Otomo & Satoshi Kon, these tracks were produced by the artist after a surge of inspiration as a result from having watched the film, giving us as a reimagined soundtrack to this classic. Throughout the EP, we journey across intriguing atmospheres and melodic hooks always accompanied by powerful grooves, aimed for a mental experience on the dance floors. On remix duties we have with us Dust Devices, with a new dystopic vision on Dreaming. In it, were carried through a cinematic flight alongside his carefully crafted synthlines. A space crew is called upon to investigate a distress signal from what ought to be an abandoned space station, run by an AI opera diva.
