After a decade of pushing boundaries, breaking norms, and forging new sonic landscapes, Insurgentes is back for one final and powerful chapter. Following a couple of years of silence, the Colombian labeloperated by DJ Lomalinda and Verraco, and responsible for introducing numerous South American sound explorers to the global stage over the past decade returns for a dignified farewell: la ultima vez. And for the final installment, one last album. Seph makes a bold statement with Fiera, an LP written and programmed by the artist during 2022 and 2023, and for us, it represents his greatest work to date. An energetic, impulsive and unpredictable journey, its an active listening experience that keeps you on your toesnever trusting the loop. With 8 tracks that honor the Insurgentes catalog, Fiera raises the bar and consolidates the superlative sound of the celebrated and respected Argentine artist who has been in force for over two decades, bridging techno, IDM, dub and ambient. Tags that are masterfully woven and collided within the grooves of these 300 vinyl copies. Today is filled with both triumph and introspection. But the feeling of contradiction has always been the core alkaloid of our artistic work and the result of our search for identity. Without Insurgentes, there would be no TraTraTrax.
