Vestigios del Orden marks Arcfilters debut on the label. An architect by training, he composes as one would draw up a building: starting from structure, refining materiality, and allowing the void — silence — to carry weight. Concept: a study in the rawness of concrete and the light of structures. Each track reads like a different drawing of the same complex, a system where the rhythmic grid bears loads, releases tension, and opens apertures. Anacrónico A controlled collision of eras: patterns slip like offset slabs, formwork-hard percussion, and lines folding back on themselves until a temporal double exposure appears. The pulse advances with rigour, yet the textures breathe through their joints, exposing fine emotional fractures — hairline cracks in board-formed concrete. Silueta del Silencio An exercise in negative space and outline. Arcfilter carves elements as if extracting volume from the void: sub-bass withdraws and returns, hi-hats as fine as section lines, reverberations hinting at a room larger than the club itself. Here the light of structures becomes audible: absence turns material; form is defined by what is withheld. Intervalo The hinge of the EP. A study of time between loads: micro-cuts and breaths that compress and dilate the groove like footbridges spanning two bays. When the rhythm locks again, it does so with impeccable tectonic logic, welding layers without losing lightness — raw frame, clarified light. Vestigios del Orden The thesis. Rhythm behaves as a structural grid while synths trace arches and buttresses that tension the mix. Theres a sense of masterplan — supports, spans and releases — resolving in a climax that lays bare the skeleton of the whole, where the rawness of concrete meets an engineered brilliance. Sombra y Memoria A piece about patina and materials. Impacts echo like footsteps in a corridor; contact noise recalls aged walls; the grain leaves marks, as if sound were impressed into wet concrete. Melody doesnt present itself; it appears by reflection, at the edges — memory as weathering. Sombra y Memoria (Yulien Remix) Yulien redraws the floor plan: opening light wells in the mix, shifting rhythmic columns and airing the melodic module to drive the club vector. Same footprint, different distribution — memory persists, but the shadow changes orientation. Arcfilter arrives thinking of the club as a traversed architecture: bodies, forces and materials in dynamic equilibrium. Vestigios del Orden is a manifesto of method and emotion — the rawness of concrete, the light of structures — a system in which every element finds its place and, in doing so, transforms it.
