One month I cant remember, on a day I remember even less, I sat alone in my room and swallowed the moon by the spoonful, six grams of stars, slowly dissolving into silence. Before everything began, I played my usual trilogy, Koyaanisqatsi, Samsara, and Baraka. Id seen them before, but never like this, not with this kind of presence. I watched in stillness. I kept asking myself if what I was seeing was authentic or choreographed. Were those faces part of a script, or just fragments of ordinary life captured in motion? And then I understood, it was all real. At some point, a thought took over and refused to let go, overpopulation. It struck like a tidal wave. The magnitude of it was too much. In the days that followed, I dove into research and discovered ideologies that speak of collective endings as solutions. That realization shook me. This EP doesnt promote death, on the contrary, it seeks to express the weight of being alive. Its a space where those intense thoughts from that night were allowed to flow freely, to become music. It took 15 days to produce and months to master, but the final result feels honest. Every track is a reflection of that night, a journey within. I thank God for life, but I keep questioning it.
