A Stellar Transmission from the Outer Limits of Techno. We proudly welcome one of our favorite sonic architects, Process, to Alhena Records with what is undoubtedly his most accomplished work to date: the 1420 MHz EP. This release is a masterclass in techno storytelling, where melody and machine soul collide in a beautifully engineered soundscape. Process has been carving out his own sonic identity, and here he delivers a bold statement of intent. Each track pulses with a hypnotic energy, weaving beautiful melodic threads through a framework of raw, analog textures. Its techno with a heartbeat, mechanical yet deeply human. The EPs title, 1420 MHz, is no coincidence. It references the protected frequency used in astronomical research, a band of the spectrum where earthly transmissions are forbidden. Its a nod to the cosmic, the mysterious, and the untouchable and lets be honest, weve always had a thing for the forbidden.
