Shockline, Vol. 1 marks the debut of a new compilation series curated by FlexB for Warbeats Records, conceived as a platform dedicated to the fluid and evolving landscape of Indie Dance and its surrounding genres. One of the co-founders of Warbeats Records alongside Plastic Robots, FlexB has been intrinsically involved in the label’s structure since its inception, with a long-standing focus on distribution strategy, royalties management and contractual frameworks. Shockline represents a new chapter in this trajectory, inaugurating his first compilation signed as curator, translating years of catalog experience into a cohesive artistic vision. Rather than operating within rigid genre boundaries, Shockline adopts Indie Dance as its conceptual anchor while freely navigating Progressive House, Melodic Techno, Melodic House, Minimal, Tech House and Bass House. This openness reflects a curatorial philosophy centered on movement, tension and dancefloor impact, rather than formal classification.
