Tribal Noise sets the tone for a beautifully psychotropic record. Masterful sound design stretches out the aperture creating a cavernous depth of sound decorated with trippy, widescreen details. Delicate vocal cuts, mangled metallics and clever dynamics move in their own orbits but all remain tacked to the dance floor by a kick as hard as nails. The vibe ebbs and flows, allowing the mind to wonder beyond the stratosphere before it’s snapped back to earth by tight, punchy drops. ‘Infinity’ wormholes even deeper with an assemblage of warped, glitching frequencies organised into a totally twisted trip.
