This compilation by TECHNO Records acts as infrastructure for thirty personal manifestos – uniting foundational figures and the next generation of outsiders from Ukraine and Chile to Costa Rica and Japan – capturing a moment of balance between genre functionality and raw artistic vision. Dividing the release into two parts is a conscious gesture. It is a recognition of our fragmented attention and the imperfections of industrial mechanisms. An attempt to hold focus amidst sensory overhead and carve out a route for deep reflection. Each of the thirty positions here resonates both despite and because of the shared tension.
