Following the direction of his previous work on the label, “Rain”, David returns with a melodic cut, perhaps with a slightly more Afro-influenced touch in the percussion, while maintaining the same melancholic feel in both its melodies and overall atmosphere. He also revisits those female vocals, leaning more toward a vintage blues style, featuring a deeply emotional break, something very characteristic of the Galician artist’s repertoire. Without a doubt, another outstanding work.
