Driven by sun-streaked melodies and feelgood grooves, the release yet again operates across multiple layers of vibrant, laid-back house beats and cosmic-oriented flights, tailoring the experience of the summer dance floors to come with laser-precise clarity and no-nonsense funkiness. Up first, Orlando Voorn dishes out yet another classic in the making with the aptly-titled Hot, sure bound to get thermostats in the red by the dozen. Pulling out a soulful mix of chugging rhythms, hypnotic loops and playful step acrobatics, Voorn has us surfing an infinite furl of lush synth textures and velvet-draped drum patterns.
