Sometimes, the planets simply align. What started as a spontaneous inspiration became one of the most unexpected and exciting Latin House reinterpretations of the year. “Baile Inolvidable”, originally featured on Bad Bunny’s latest album, receives a fresh new twist from Mallorca-based band Los Yumitas and legendary producer Kiko Navarro. The idea was born after Kiko watched Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl performance. During a brief moment when “Baile Inolvidable” appeared in the show, he immediately thought: “What an incredible salsa!” Days later, Kiko came across a social media video from local band Los Yumitas performing live covers — including “Baile Inolvidable”. The connection felt instant. By coincidence, the very next day Paco Colombàs, leader of Los Yumitas, called Kiko to discuss another project. Instead, Kiko proposed re-recording the track from scratch and transforming it into a Latin House version made for the clubs. Paco loved the idea, and the band quickly went into the studio recording live brass sections (trombone, tenor sax, alto sax and trumpet), acoustic bass, percussion, piano and the powerful vocals of Yudith Collazo. The result is an uplifting Latin House interpretation that increases the tempo of the original while keeping its salsa essence alive, turning it into a vibrant dancefloor anthem. To complete the package, DJ Fudge joined Kiko Navarro to create a special Dub version aimed directly at peak-time Afro and Latin House sets worldwide. “Baile Inolvidable” is more than a cover — it’s a celebration of live musicianship, club culture and the magic that happens when everything falls perfectly into place.
