Kostya Outta (real name Kanstantsin Valaskovich) is an electronic music producer from Minsk, Belarus who has released nine tracks since 2017. His progressive house and deep house productions appear on labels including deepclass records, Dushe Label, inU, and Replug, often incorporating minimal tech and melodic techno elements.
