“Likblek EP” is playfully titled around the Swedish adjective “Likblek” (that literally means “corpse-pale.”) which figuratively describes someone who is extremely pale because of shock, exhaustion, illness or fear (“pale as a ghost”). The four tracks are based on these four situations. Illfundig I & II are two hard-hitting, cheeky stompers with spaced-out, rushed synth riffs.Kravallen notches up the tempo a bit, and with fast drums and a synth sequence it’s a machine funk unit bound to destroy any warehouse. Runda med Hunden is what happens when an ever-evolving, sub heavy synth hook is paired with insanely loud, reverb-washed percussions and an occasional stab. All in accordance with our vision of playful & mischievous but always genuine techno. Crafted by Alexander Johansson & Mattias Fridell.
