Belfast-based DJ/producers Phil Kieran and Jordan Nocturne have spent their lives in Belfast’s underground electronic music scene. Given their shared passion for forward-thinking club music, it was only a matter of time before their paths crossed. Having been a regular face at Phil’s residencies at Shine and Stiff Kitten in his youth, Kieran has been a long-time influence on Jordan’s music for decades. Their friendship began around 15 years ago, when they joined forces to put on a handful of intimate, illegal parties, driven by a simple ethos: play great underground music for those who truly appreciated it. Years later, that same spirit found its way into the studio. With no agenda beyond making music they genuinely loved, the pair set out to create a couple of tracks for themselves, their DJ sets, and the dancefloors they know well. The result is two club cuts that favour a slightly slower tempo without sacrificing any dancefloor impact. These tracks are as effective in the club as they are true to the duo’s musical vision. We are delighted to present this collaboration and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

His melodic house and indie dance productions appear on Permanent Vacation, Correspondant Records, and Polari Records, spanning organic downtempo to tech house across nine releases since 2022.
Phil Kieran is a DJ and producer from Belfast, Northern Ireland who runs his own Phil Kieran Recordings imprint. He produces peak time techno and melodic house across labels including Hot Creations, Cocoon Recordings, and Turbo Recordings.
