ZERO FOMO (Zero Fear Of Missing Out) aims to inspire a rare form of inner freedom, the art of choosing your life rather than passively experiencing it by comparison. It’s the idea that fulfillment doesn’t come from experiencing everything, but from fully living what you choose. No anxiety about missed parties, ignored trends, or unfulfilled trips. Just a quiet presence to what is. There’s something almost countercultural about this, especially in the age of social media, which is literally designed to create FOMO. ZERO FOMO means refusing to play that game; deciding that other people’s lives are not the benchmark for your own. It also touches on a certain Stoic wisdom: distinguishing what depends on us (our choices, our attention) from what doesn’t (what others are experiencing right now). The absence of existential envy. That said, FOMO isn’t always negative. Sometimes it’s a compass pointing to a genuine, buried desire. The difference lies between succumbing to envy out of social reflex and listening to an authentic longing. The ideal of zero FOMO isn’t indifference; it’s having enough confidence in your own choices to no longer need to validate your life by what you haven’t experienced. This EP was composed and produced with this mindset, in complete freedom and without any pressure.
