Tom Pavicich makes his debut with a trio of delights. Starting back in 2023, the Berlin-based Argentinian has blazed a trail across some of the scene’s biggest labels, including Nick Warren’s The Soundgarden, John Digweed’s Bedrock and Balance Music to name a few. Moving to Europe has awoken a new creative spark, allowing him to transition to the next phase of his career by using found sounds and hardware to tell intricate audio stories. Opening with ‘Power Express’, deep beats reveal warm tones and a soothing rhodes. Building the energy in the mid section, the track comes alive. Deep, organic and utterly beguiling. Next up, ‘Just Take It’ begins with jazzy percussion and a warm bass. With touches of the classier side of ’90s italo house the groove takes shape; familiar but brand new.
