Behind the Techno (Raw / Deep / Hypnotic) : Release Notes
For its 17th release, PLOY label owner Daryl Stay steps up with a new two track statement of intent. With previous releases on heavyweight techno imprints including Intec, Octopus Recordings, Tronic and Second State, Daryl Stay delivers a release that sits firmly at the intersection of driving techno, hypnotic momentum and late-night functionality. Across the release, tightly programmed rhythms, rolling low-end and evolving synth work create a powerful, raw, stripped-back energy, with each track built around tension, movement and groove.
