Behind the Techno (Peak Time / Driving) : Release Notes

AEREA ALL THIS SOFTNESSnn*An unfinished idea, an unexpected viral moment, and a track that almost never existed.*nnAll This Softness began as a demo that Alex was ready to abandon. After sharing the idea with his collaborator, they decided to explore it further, experimenting with different vocals before leaving a single line as a temporary placeholder. The intention was to share a short preview on social media and eventually rebuild the track from scratch.nnWhat happened next changed those plans.nnThe snippet quickly gained traction across Instagram and TikTok, with the TikTok video alone reaching nearly 2 million views and over 215,000 likes. Listeners began referring to the unreleased track simply as Softness, unknowingly giving a temporary vocal line a significance its creators had never intended.nnAs the preview continued to spread, it became clear that the very element they had planned to replace was what people connected with most.nnBuilt around a delicate, instantly recognizable vocal and AEREAs driving, atmospheric techno production, All This Softness explores the space between intensity and vulnerability. The track brings together raw energy and emotional depth, reflecting the contrasting elements that define AEREAs sound.nnWhat began as an experiment ultimately became a record shaped by an unexpected connection between the artists and their audience.nn
