Behind the Tech House : Release Notes
Brazilian producer Viot lands once again on Black Book Records with ‘No Brakes / Miss Booty’, a two-tracker that marks his return to the label after his 2023 ‘Pop It Low’ EP. The two records showcase contrasting sides of his sound, with ‘No Brakes’ taking a dark and seductive direction, while ‘Miss Booty’ brings bouncy energy around a hip-hop vocal. Viot has built an impressive catalog across Hot Creations, Solid Grooves, Revival, and Nu Moda, earning support from Jamie Jones, Michael Bibi, The Martinez Brothers, Marco Carola, Fisher, Vintage Culture, Carlita, Adam Ten, Max Styler, CamelPhat, and Adriatique. His rise has taken him from Tomorrowland Brasil and UNVRS to Hi Ibiza and ANTS at Ushuaia, with three US tours in 2026 including performances alongside Carl Cox at Brooklyn Storehouse and Club Space Miami. ‘No Brakes / Miss Booty’ marks another strong chapter in Viot’s growing relationship with Black Book.
