A.D.O.R., born Eddie Castellanos on September 26, 1969 in Washington Heights, New York, began his career as an underground hip hop artist before transitioning into electronic music production in 2025. The acronym stands for both "Another Dimension of Rhythm" and "A Declaration of Revolution." Castellanos moved to Mt. Vernon, New York at age six and developed his musical identity there. He passed away on January 1, 2025, shortly after launching his electronic music career with his first release scheduled for July 2025.

His electronic music output spans melodic house and techno, tech house, house, nu disco, and indie dance across five releases on Simulate Recordings and Future Disco. A.D.O.R.'s sound bridges groove-oriented house rhythms with melodic techno elements, creating tracks suitable for both peak-time and deeper moments on the dancefloor.
