Acid Mondays

Acid Mondays is a duo comprising Alex Wolfenden and Daniel A. Ward, who first appeared on the release radar in June 2012. The pair has maintained steady output over more than a decade, releasing 11 tracks across various imprints through August 2024.

Their sound spans tech house, deep house, and peak time techno, with forays into leftfield house and techno territories. Acid Mondays releases on established labels including R&S Records, Cuttin' Headz, Rumors, La Vie En Rose, and Rockets & Ponies. Their productions lean toward the driving end of the spectrum, fitting comfortably in peak time DJ sets while retaining enough depth for more intimate dancefloor moments. The duo's approach combines the rhythmic backbone of tech house with techno's intensity, creating tracks that work across different points in a DJ's set.
