Adapter

Adapter is Italian DJ and producer Antonio Russo, born May 28, 1985 in Naples and now based in Berlin. He began releasing music in 2011 and has since accumulated 49 releases across the electronic music spectrum. Russo operates under the sole alias of Adapter and has established himself within Berlin's electronic music scene over more than a decade of production work.

Adapter's sound spans tech house, deep house, peak time techno, melodic house & techno, and indie dance, demonstrating range across house and techno's various tempos and moods. He releases on established labels including Deeperfect Records, Diynamic, Get Physical Music, Catch & Release, and Animo Records. His productions typically feature driving rhythms suitable for peak time sets while incorporating melodic elements that work across different points in a DJ set. Adapter maintains consistent output with releases scheduled through 2025, indicating active production and label relationships within the contemporary house and techno circuit.
