Advanced Human

Advanced Human is the production moniker of Simon Nielsen, a DJ and producer from Sydney, Australia. Nielsen began releasing electronic music in 2013 and operates under several aliases including DJ Hi-Shock, Creator, and Secret Surfer. He founded the Elektrax Music label and runs his own Advanced Human imprint, which serves as an outlet for his productions alongside releases on external labels.

Nielsen's sound centers on driving techno and raw, hypnotic variations of the genre, with occasional forays into house music. His releases appear on labels including Gynoid Audio, Translucent, Counter Pulse, and Hypnotic Room, accumulating 32 releases across these imprints. The Advanced Human project delivers peak-time techno designed for club environments, characterized by driving rhythms and deep, hypnotic elements that maintain dance floor momentum.
